There is no tomorrow, you need to start decluttering now. Procrastination is an interesting habit that never allows us to do anything. If you want to do anything, start now. Always remember the only way to finish something early is to start early.
  2. Grab a large bag and start
Many people who start minimalism try to start with one portion first. But that takes so much time and energy. Instead, you can simply grab a big bag, or cartoon and start over. Don’t select any particular location, roam around your house, and start keeping all the waste things in the bag.
  3. Donate More
Selling everything can take a long time, sometimes months also. So try to donate more stuff. It will help you to declutter faster. Remember you are not doing this only for money. 🙂
  4. Choose fast
While collecting the items, there may be some things for which you are not sure. If you are not able to decide, keep those items in a separate box. And place them in your storage area. Once you do this. These things will be out of sight and if you need them afterward you can bring them back.
  5. Set a deadline
Setting deadlines is the easiest way to increase the speed of declustering. Set a deadline and stick to that. Try to create quick deadlines, and work accordingly.
  6. Talk to your friends
Talk to your friends and tell them what you are doing, and why you are doing this. You can even tell them a date to meet at your house to see your new arrangements. Telling your friends can be really helpful, as they will also keep reminding you about your mission. This always helps.
  7. Take it easy
If you have a lot of stuff, getting rid of them may take some time. Don’t be too harsh on yourself if you miss any deadline. You have spent a lot of time spent on these kinds of stuff to be a part of your life. Removing them can be a little painful. But remember you have started doing this for a reason, which really means a lot to you. So keep removing the stuff.
